As always, the health and well-being of our customers and staff is our highest priority.

Is it safe to have service calls in your home during the pandemic?

As always, the health and well-being of our customers and staff is our highest priority.

According to the American Society of Heating, Refrigerating and Air-Conditioning Engineers (ASHREA), “Ventilation and filtration provided by heating, ventilating, and air-conditioning systems can reduce the airborne concentration of SARS-CoV-2 and thus the risk of transmission through the air.” For this reason, it is important to stay up to date on your maintenance plan. As licensed professionals, we can ensure your heating and cooling system is working as effectively and efficiently as possible.

We are taking steps to keep you and our staff safe, here is what we are doing:

  1. Wear personal protective equipment
  2. Eliminate handshaking and only use non-contact methods of greeting
  3. Wash hands thoroughly with soap and water
  4. Use hand sanitizer
  5. Use disinfectant wipes
  6. Practice social distancing
  7. Stay home if feeling ill

In order to minimize exposure to our technicians, we ask you do the following:

  1. Eliminate handshaking and only use non-contact methods of greeting
  2. Disinfect surfaces before technician arrives
  3. Practice social distancing
  4. Reschedule if:
    • Not feeling well (fever, cold symptoms)
    • Have had exposure
    • Have traveled in last 30 days

We do believe it is important to maintain your heating and cooling systems annually and we believe we can do so safely.
